Please note, if your room gets dirty, a £150 cleaning fee will be added at the end of your stay. Pets are welcome in all venues until 5pm and have all-day access to the Neighbours Cafe in the hotel lobby. Guests are asked to keep pets on a leash or in a carrier in public spaces and not to leave them unattended. Additional costs may apply for any damages or extra cleaning caused by pets.
